THE STORY

Sales teams often lose high-quality leads due to slow response times, manual follow-ups, and fragmented tools. As outreach volume increases, consistency drops and opportunities are missed.

This project was built to solve that problem by creating an AI-driven SDR/BDR system that automates lead enrichment, scoring, and personalized outreach without sacrificing control or context. The system intelligently adapts follow-up behavior based on real engagement signals and ensures that high-intent prospects are escalated to human sales representatives with complete visibility.

OUR APPROACH

To address the inefficiencies of manual prospecting and follow-ups, the system was designed as a multi-stage AI-powered workflow.
