Communication & tools

I typically work with clients via
Slack/Teams + bi-weekly check-ins. For async-first teams, I document everything clearly so decisions aren’t lost in calls.

What I need from you

o Clear owner/decision-maker
o Access to required tools/accounts
o Agreement on 1–2 primary metrics (e.g., demos booked, lead response time, deploy frequency)

What you can expect

o Clear plan and milestones
o Demos of work in progress
o Honest feedback if something you’re asking for won’t deliver ROI
